That’s essentially what Boontling is.
It is a jargon spoken only in Boonville, California (yes, that’s its real name). “Applehead” is a girlfriend or wife. “Can-kicky” is angry. “Locking” is a wedding.
There are more than 6,000 distinct languages in the world. Boontling is more of a jargon than a language, but it’s amazing how many different ways exist for people to communicate. We’ve all heard of unbelievable-sounding languages like the click languages in Africa.
